The Owner

Gordon E. Sauer, a native of Fredericksburg, founded Hill Country Titles, Inc. in 1970. He is also a business attorney, having engaged in the general business practice of law in Fredericksburg since 1969 with considerable emphasis in the area of real estate and lending. With his roots and heritage going back to the founders of Fredericksburg — his great grandfather immigrated to Fredericksburg from Germany in 1850 — Gordon is consciously aware of the importance of all commerce in Fredericksburg, making a unique and distinct contribution to the area. In keeping with this philosophy, Gordon plays an integral role in the training and support of personnel.

In order to assure his company's contribution to the business community, he is also readily available to assist in any challenge that arises, backed with the full confidence of the Company's underwriters, local lenders and area real estate brokerage community.
