About Us
Hill Country Titles, Inc. was founded in 1970 by Gordon E. Sauer.
He served as the young company's president, examiner, and escrow
officer.
Over the years, Hill Country Titles, Gillespie County's oldest title company,
has grown to a staff of twelve highly capable, well-trained and dedicated
employees, serving the ever growing real estate and business economy of the
Fredericksburg area.
Hill Country Titles represents the following underwriters:

• United General Title Insurance Company
• Chicago Title Insurance Company
• Alamo Title Insurance Company of Texas
Hill Country Titles owns and maintains its own title and abstract records.
Hill Country Titles accomplishes its operational objective by maintaining a
high level of accuracy in its work and also has a reputation of reliability,
dependability, and confidentiality in the real estate, lending, and business
